Phillip is a brilliant programmer. Our web site is large, old and was in serious need of repair. Phillip put through more than 50 fixes and improvements, quickly, accurately and economically in full consultation with me. Our web site does not merit a prize, but now it works well, and satisfies the requirements of our 860 members.
