Every system you implement in your business should be reliable and provide a valuable return for the time and money you've invested in it.
Of course, that's not always the case.
To let you know how serious we are about your success, we guarantee the performance of all our systems.
We're in it for the long-term, and have no intention of finishing up as quickly as possible, getting paid as much as possible, and running off to the next project, oblivious to the actual results of our work.
Instead, we'll work with you right from the start to determine what factors will define success. Every project has a different purpose, so we'll define the goals for each project individually.
Every system we implement for you must meet one or more of the following requirements:
- Bug Free: No computer system is ever 100% bug-free. We'll test everything thoroughly before we put it in place, but eventually somebody will try to use it in a way we didn't anticipate. If, anytime during the first 12 months after the software is put into active use, you find a bug in our software that causes unexpected errors or crashes, we'll fix it as quickly as possible, at no charge to you.
- Save Time: Reduce the amount of time required for an employee to perform a task, allowing them to accomplish more each day, consistently and reliably.
- Cut Costs: This could mean a number of things, but would reduce overhead in some way. This could mean reducing the number of employees required for certain tasks, reducing communication time wasted delivering data between individuals or departments, reducing paper use throughout the office, or speeding up the time required to deliver a final product or service.
- Enhance Marketing: Our web design strategies center around increasing the number of prospects coming into your sales funnel.
- Provide Business Insight: We design databases that give you the ability to monitor the performance of your business quickly and easily, allowing you to see which business systems are performing efficiently and which are not. This information can help you streamline your business even further.
- Reduce Stress: Some systems are just annoying to use. This could be due to time delays, constant errors, or simply not being user-friendly. We design systems with the user in mind and can produce software that is simple to use and increases job satisfaction.
- Eliminate Intervention: If you find yourself constantly having to involve yourself in basic tasks (whether it's due to confusing systems, common errors, incomplete processes, or any other reason), we can reduce or even eliminate the time required for you to do so. We'll determine the reasons for your involvement, and propose ideas to alleviate them.
- Meet Deadlines: If you have a deadline where you absolutely need your system up and running by a certain date, we'll work with you to create a plan and implement it in time. We start with the most critical components and work our way down the list to ensure the most important pieces are in place, on time.
Whatever the purpose of the system, we'll create a clear set of goals to guide us in its development. We're not finished until those goals have been met.
Once the system is built, tested, finalized, and put in place for everyday business use, we'll deem it complete. If, after using it in the normal course of business, you find it doesn't meet the goals we've set, we'll do whatever it takes to fix it, at no additional charge.
How can we do this? First, we'll review your requirements and research your systems to determine what kind of promises we can make. Then, we'll let you know what we can do, and what we can and cannot guarantee. Finally, you'll decide whether or not that meets your needs. We won't make promises we know we can't keep, just to get the job.
We don't really want to work for free, so we'll make every effort to get it right the first time!
